Undertaking Feasibility Studies of property and real estate development projects, both before, during and after execution, involving technical, economic and financial analyses of the projects to ensure sound decision making and effective execution and management. Assisting in the procurement of Funding for development projects by the formation of financing consortia with banks, insurance  and trust companies.



FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

It involves supervision, controlling and coordination of the maintenance of facilities used for routine activities  within the building. for instance, the routine maintenance of Lift, Escalator, Power Generating Sets, General Cleaning of conditioners, Maintenance of Tarmacs at Airport, clearing of refuse waste and general servicing of utilities.

This is the overall appraisal of existing landed property assets portfolio of an organisation for optimal utilization of scarce resources, landed resources and integration of recommendation from the exercise into strategic planning for effective and efficient  policy formulation. it includes the verification, perfection and updating of titles to landed properties


PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management for property devlopment and other related projects to ensure smooth and effective coordinating and programmed execution of works. The project Manager is the clients' expert representative, responsible for controlling and coordinating the whole development process. This will involve implementing a strategy for successfully communicating decisions to the project team, ensuring their implemtation, monitoring process and reporting back.

We advise and assit in the packaging  of  wholesale or mass housing delivery projects from inception to final disposal. We also offer mortgage financing advisory role to individual prospective house owners as well as to corporate organisation planning comprehensive staff housing scheme.


COMPUTERIZED LAND AND GEORGRAPHIC INFORMATION

 Here the firm represents a major international developers and marketers of Georgraphic information system (GIS) Software Solutions. It also adopts, designs, develops and installs end-user GIS based application software for solutions to land and property related management information problems and decision making, including awareness training and GIS project management

The firms is also member of a Consortium comprising Artchitects, Engineers, Accountants, Management consultants, Town Planners, Quantity Surveyors and Economists, which co-operates by providing joint consultancy services where major development projects are involved.



OUR FEES/ REIMBURSIBLE EXPENSES

Generally speaking, our fees are guided by the Scale of Professional charges issued by the Fedeal Ministry of works and Housing for professional in the constructions industry and that of the Nigerian Institution of Estate surveyors and valuers. However, in the case of the any assignment which specific fees are not stated, we negotiate our fees.

The firm is also stongly associated with UNESOF Nigeria Limited, a construction outfit with which it executes several of its development projects.


Joint project Development company Ltd is another property development  outfit with which the firm is associated and shares facilities.
